Welded steel frame contruction with front and rear frame offsets and flat low-bed-plateau without chamfer.

2 pairs of heavy-load lashing rings with 8 tons tensile force each.

1 pair of heavy-load lashing rings with 13,4 tons tensile force each hanging at the rear at the longitudinal beam.

2 pairs of stanchion pockets (100x50 mm – without stanchions).

Braking lines will be connected through coupling heads, hydraulic clutches through multi coupling (sextuple).

Liftable axle through shut-off valve and locking pins.

Without operating lever for suspension (Operation at the gooseneck)

2 reversing lights to illuminate.

Steering:

1st axle (dolly): hydraulical forced steering through fifth-wheel coupling.

2nd, 3rd and 4th axle hydraulical forced steering through fifth-wheel-coupling and stub axle. Electro-hydraulical remote steering through electric generator of the detachable gooseneck with power supply from the truck through NATO-socket (without installation at the truck).

Control cable and sockets at the front and at the rear at the cover plate (without installation at the truck) with cable remote control and wireless remote control.

Central lubrication system:

Central lubrication system with 2 pumps for all lubrication points at the steering, axles and the gooseneck.

Storage in the rear of the excavator recess.

Rims and tires:

13 / 17 steel rims, 10 holes, with offset, centred.

13 / 17 tires 245/70 R 17,5 146/146F, tubeless.

Braking system:

Two line brakes with EBS.

EBS-braking system (WABCO 4S2M).

Spring controlled parking brake.

Without connection hoses and cables to the truck.

50 mm wooden floor (meranti) in the low-deck, approx. 5 mm protruding above the frame profile or rather screwable checker plate covering above the axle bogie and on the gooseneck.

Drop sides on the gooseneck:

Front panel = tool box of steel sheet (lockable with padlock), height 600 mm.

550 mm deep over the whole width with top cover and flap cover at both sides. Chamfered corners adjusted at the front. Dropsides 25 mm hollow profile (aluminium), height 600 mm, one-piece, foldable till 500 mm before the low-deck.

Pluggable rear drop side (aluminium) with pluggable corner posts.

Spare wheel holder:

1 spare wheel holder with stanchion pocket on the gooseneck.

Painting:

Steel pellets cleaning, zinc spraying (telescope and dolly included) and primer.

Painting in acrylic (metallic painting for additional charge)

Rims: silver.

Contour marking in white or yellow on both sides and in yellow or red at the rear.
